I've always said that a great way to help you learn stand up comedy is to watch other comedians that have a mastery of it. Having said that I'd really like for you to observe one of my new favs, Tom Papa. There are so many aspects to what he's doing on stage it's like a clinic of how to's.
Energy, consistent inviting comedic voice
(big one! often not utilized by newer comics),
tone, pace, movement, faces, material that relates to him and audience, sensitivity to the topics...and many many little things that mean soooo much.
