You know when I write comedy I very seldom think of words?
Words are important no question but only in the final process of translation.
As a matter of fact ALWAYS be prepared to remove words.
It's been my opinion for some time that new writers add words, experienced writers find ways to eliminate words. Even more so in comedy.
USE ONLY THE WORDS NECESSARY.
When I want to conjure comedy I often think of scenes that actually happened or could have happened. I get a feel for the emotions as I tend to come from a vulnerable side.
