PART ROAD, PART HAVING A HOME

Being on the road is all part of being a working stand up comic. At first it's exciting, then it's what  you gotta do and then it's hell and then back to what ya gotta do....etc.

Be prepared for it. The road is part of your climb to success and IS success in many cases. You're working, you're needed, it's a living....or part of one....;)

Just make sure you got a home to get back to. You'll need that more than anything. Have a home base you can touch once in awhile. A fortress of solitude! It keeps you in touch with reality. ;) You will need that.
